Training project for pre-employment development
<strong> COMPASS </strong> offers a pioneering training response to people with intellectual disabilities with support needs of limited intensity, and who therefore require a more specific training path to qualify for a professional future. <strong> COMPASS </ strong> is a project developed by the A LA PAR Foundation with the sponsorship of <strong> BNP Paribas </strong>.
COMPASS aims to be the link between the completion of the educational stage and access to employment, offering the support that each person may require to continue growing, developing and continuing to learn.
Duration: 2 courses (worth a third course) September to July.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 2:00 pm. Possibility of extension until 5:30 p.m.
